How to lose stubborn belly fat, even if you are rather fit otherwise?

I am 16, 5′7" and about 135-140 lbs.
I excersize a lot. I run everyday (almost) about 2-3 miles. I do some crunches, and Ive been working out at the gym for about 2-3 months but then switched to running.
I eat healthily, but this tummy jiggle is something i would like to get rid of!
