I cannot wear tight shirts because my tummy sticks out. My diet is fine too. i eat mostly fish, drink lots of water, and eat vegetables and fruits. occasionally, i eat junk food like ice cream, cookies etc. But still nothing is working. how can i lose that stubborn belly fat?
